Profile Sander with integral dust extraction

The Zebra is RJH Morrisflex’s latest machine. It features "Star Wheels"- slow running abrasive strips that are similar to the more traditional flap wheels. The machine can profile shaped wooden components giving an excellent smooth finish, but with the benefit that should a student’s hand come in contact with the star wheel there is no fear of any physical injury. The Star Wheels will also add a "finish" to steel components creating a very useful addition to the classroom capabilities. The Zebra carries a two year warranty and is supplied with a comprehensive operating manual.

The Zebra fully complies with HSE and COSHH regulations, carries the European CE mark and also with the BS4163 "Health & Safety on Workshops of School and Similar Establishments". Features include:
